Book Unhaul #1

I was going to film a video on this but since I have already sold six of these books I thought I would do a blog post about it! So you probably must be thinking, oh my gosh she has gone crazy!? How can she sell her babies? What kind of monster is she? haha hope that made you laugh, don’t worry guys I always think very highly of you so don’t you worry about that. But yes let’s get back to the main focus of this blog post, why am I actually getting rid of books when I still have a sufficient amount of space on my bookshelves? Well I am getting rid of these books because I just do not love them enough to keep them on my shelves or to reread them in the near future, I have also decided that this summer I will try to make as much money from crap I do not love as I am starting university this next academic year and I do not want to be broke.

If you guys know any good websites to sell books on for no fee as I’ve noticed that both eBay and PayPal charge you which is quite sad, but yes let’s just get into the long list of books I will be getting rid of in this unhaul:

  1. Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead
  2. Frostbite by Richelle Mead
  3. Shadow Kiss by Richelle Mead
  4. Blood Promise by Richelle Mead
  5. Spirit Bound by Richelle Mead
  6. Last Sacrifice by Richelle Mead
  7. Frankenstein by Mary Shelley
  8. A Streetcar Named Desire by Tennessee Williams
  9. The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald
  10. An Ember in the Ashes by Sabaa Tahir (my uncorrected proof edition I won in a giveaway on Goodreads)
  11. The Raven Boys by Maggie Stiefvater
  12. The Queen of the Tearling by Erika Johansen (I own the whole series in hardcover so I do not need a single paperback)
  13. Hexed by Michelle Krys
  14. Charmed by Michelle Krys
  15. Harry Potter i Czara Ognia (I now own the edition I have always wanted so I do not need this one)
  16. The Year of Taking Chances by Lucy Diamond
  17. Me Before You by Jojo Moyes
  18. Love, Rosie by Cecelia Ahern
  19. My Life with George by Judith Summers
  20. Shopaholic to the Stars by Sophie Kinsella
  21. Summer at Beach Street Bakery by Jenny Colgan
  22. Don’t Tell the Groom by Anna Bell

  27. Make a Christmas Wish by Julia Williams
  28. Thirteen Weddings by Paige Toon
  29. As Good As It Gets? by Fiona Gibson
  30. Always the Bridesmaid by Lindsey Kelk
  31. War and Peace by Leo Tolstoy

  36. A Step Towards Falling by Cammie McGovern
  37. I Was Here by Gayle Forman
  38. All the Bright Places by Jennifer Niven
  39. The Year of the Rat by Clare Furniss
  40. Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell
  41. I’ll Give you the Sun by Jandy Nelson
  42. The Sky is Everywhere by Jandy Nelson

Wow! 42 books is definitely a big number but I really do not have any interest in rereading these books and I love how much my bookshelves look now than before (check below for pictures of before and after).

Hope you have enjoyed reading this blog post and tell me in the comments below, have you ever decluttered your books or do you plan on in the future? See you next week with a new blog post 😉
